SNCB/NMBS, through YPTO, is seeking a Contract Manager to lead IT procurement initiatives, manage IT contracts, and ensure alignment with the digital roadmap.

You will define sourcing strategies, coordinate public procurement processes, govern evaluations and negotiations, and monitor contract performance to maximize value and continuity.
