OPTIMUS IT SERVICES is seeking a Content Creator – Investment & Digital Content to craft engaging video and digital content across channels, explaining investment topics clearly. You will develop stories for various audiences and stages of the customer journey, and produce short- and long-form videos plus social assets in line with brand guidelines.

The role requires hands-on studio shooting/editing, strong knowledge of Adobe CC, and experience with Generative AI tools to enhance content

Qualifications

• More than 6 years of relevant experience in content creation or a similar role.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating content creation and storytelling capabilities.
• Hands-on video editing with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Experience with Generative AI content tools and studio shooting/editing in a professional setup.

• Apply content marketing and omnichannel thinking across touchpoints.
• Optimize content based on performance data while ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external creative partners and freelancers as needed.

Content Creator – Investment & Digital Content

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital content across video, social media, visual assets, motion content and other digital formats, making complex investment and financial topics clear and accessible.
• Develop and adapt stories across different channels, audiences and stages of the customer journey, ensuring content is relevant and engaging for different levels of financial knowledge.
• Produce and edit both short- and long-form video content, including social-first and expert-driven formats, and create visual assets, thumbnails and social media content in line with brand guidelines.
• Use Generative AI tools as part of the creative production workflow for content creation, image generation, video editing and content adaptation.
• Work closely with storytellers, campaign experts, MarCom managers and channel specialists to bring content strategies to life.
• Shoot and edit content autonomously in a studio environment, including basic lighting, framing and sound setup.
• Apply strong content marketing and omnichannel thinking, identifying opportunities to extend and adapt content across multiple touchpoints.
• Optimise content based on performance data, audience insights and engagement metrics while ensuring compliance with brand, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external creative partners and freelancers when required and ensure consistent quality of execution.

Experience Required

• More than 6 years of relevant experience in a Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and storytelling capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Practical experience with Generative AI content tools, such as Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, Canva AI or similar.
• Proven ability to shoot and edit content independently in a studio environment.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital content formats.
• Strong content marketing mindset with the ability to think beyond individual assets and adapt content across channels and customer-journey touchpoints.
• Ability to work as both a hands‑on creator and, when required, coordinate external creative talent.
• Comfortable working within brand, legal and compliance guidelines in a regulated environment.
• Naturally curious about investment, personal finance, fintech and digital trends.
• Fluent/professional working knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Digital Media, Content Creation, Marketing, Audiovisual Media, Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
