Job summary

Glacier is seeking a Content & Communications Executive to translate business priorities into engaging stories for employees, candidates, and external audiences. You will craft articles, news items, and employee communications, and produce visual content such as graphics, photography, and short videos.

• Experience in communications, marketing, or digital content creation.
• Experience creating content for different communication channels.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Dutch/French/Italian knowledge preferred.

You will make sure our communication is clear, engaging, and recognizable, and always aligned with our brand identity.What will you do?Create content that reaches peopleYou will turn ideas, business priorities, and key initiatives into relevant and compelling content for different audiences. Your writing will include news items, articles, employee communications, and digital content.You will also create visual material, such as graphic content, photography, and short videos. You will adapt your communication to the channel, audience, and purpose, without losing sight of Glacier's tone of voice and brand identity.In practice, this means you will:develop strong written, visual, and digital content;creatively translate communication campaigns and key company initiatives;draft articles, news items, and employee communications;create graphic content, photography, and short videos;support leadership and employee communications;adapt content to different audiences, channels, and communication needs;ensure that all communication is aligned with our brand standards and corporate messaging.Manage and strengthen our digital channelsYou will help keep our communication channels current, engaging, and relevant. You will publish approved content on our website, LinkedIn, the intranet, and Appspace, and support the planning and coordination of social media activities.You will monitor the performance of our channels, share basic insights, and contribute ideas on how to further optimize our digital communication, including for major external announcements.Help deliver communication campaignsYou will support internal communication campaigns, company events, strategic projects, and employee engagement initiatives. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners and make sure communication materials are delivered on time, professionally, and in an organized way.Safeguard our brandYou will Glacier's brand standards consistently across all communication materials.
