mc2i is seeking a Consultant in Brussels to support large-scale international digital transformation projects. You will work with IT and business departments to gather requirements, benchmark solutions, and assess impact across processes and systems.

The role emphasizes agile, service-oriented, and autonomous work with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Fluency in English plus French or Dutch is required; additional language knowledge is a plus. CDI permanent position in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business, or Engineering.
• Strong interest in Information Systems and agile methodologies.
• Agile, service-oriented, and autonomous, with a natural leadership mindset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and possessing excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Fluently bilingual in both English and a local language (French or Dutch), with knowledge of a third language.
