Pan-All is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning to handover. You will monitor schedules, control budgets, and maintain high quality across sites while coordinating partition walls, ceilings, drywall, and custom work with teams and partners.

You’ll oversee overall project scope, safety, and reporting to management, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a permanent, on-site role in Belgium with a motivated team.

Qualifications

• You hold an associate degree in Construction (Wood), a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or have equivalent experience.
• You have strong technical skills and are comfortable working with Windows, Word, and Excel
• You are fluent in Dutch and French (English is a plus)
• You have strong organizational skills and are a true team player
• You have a problem-solving mindset
• You are flexible, detail-oriented, and have an eye for quality

• Lead multiple construction sites from planning to handover, ensuring progress and alignment with goals.
• You monitor schedules, manage budgets, and preserve quality across projects.
• You coordinate installation of partitions, ceilings, drywall, and custom work with internal and external teams.
• You oversee planning, budget, safety, and quality, reporting to management.
