Job Description

We are looking for a new welder to work with high-quality aluminum on challenging projects in a modern and well-equipped workshop. You will receive a significant amount of welding work for aluminum window and door constructions, allowing you to demonstrate your craftsmanship. You will work in a close-knit team where quality and collegiality are central, and we offer job security, opportunities for growth, and a pleasant working atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Weld window and door constructions, striving for a high-quality end product.
• Assemble all separate profiles, making necessary adjustments based on construction plans, and ensuring everything is assembled into a single, cohesive whole.
• Think problem-solving and 'out-of-the-box' to achieve an efficient welding process.

Requirements:

• Secondary education (second cycle)

Professional skills:

• Perform preventive/curative maintenance of first-level equipment
• Verify equipment and adjust welding parameters (intensity, flow, ...) according to materials and assembly type
• Identify materials and appropriate welds according to instructions, technical documents, plans, ...
• Assemble and weld different elements together or onto a support
• Propose modifications and participate in defining the welding operating procedure
• Prepare joints and position pieces, plates, tubes, profiles together or onto a support
• Evaluate defects and perform rework or finishing operations (edge, deposit, surface, ...)
• Control the conformity of welds, constructions, and assemblies
