Enthoven Techniek recherche un Conseiller Technico-commercial pour gérer et développer les ventes de produits de nutrition animale, essentiellement en Wallonie. Vous travaillerez directement avec les agriculteurs, en les accompagnant sur le terrain et en fournissant des solutions techniques pour améliorer leurs performances.

Le poste exige une bonne connaissance des techniques d’élevage animal et des compétences solides en gestion des relations. Vous bénéficierez d'une formation complète et d'un soutien sur le terrain, ainsi que d'un salaire attractif et divers avantages tels que des assurances et une voiture de société.

Conseiller Technico-commercial (Nutrition Animale):

Proxani – a strong and innovative brand within Arvesta, expert in animal nutrition with four production sites and targeted expertise in cattle, pigs, poultry, and goats.

About the job

Reporting to the Sales Manager, after an integration and training period, you will manage and develop sales of animal nutrition products in Eastern or Western Wallonia for the strong brand PROXANI through a portfolio of farmer customers and a network of traders.

Your main mission will be to accompany farmers on the field with products and technical solutions to increase their performance and profitability.

In addition to following existing clients, you will develop sales by acquiring new clients.

Building on innovation, you will be in direct contact with product managers and formulation services and participate in developing the product range.

Other tasks will include:

• Providing support and advice to farmers while monitoring herd results.
• Analyzing and reporting market and competition developments.
• Using a CRM for planning and reporting client contacts.
• Providing technical support and assistance to local traders’ clients.
• Participating in internal and external brand PROXANI events (open days, fairs, etc.).

Your profile

• You hold a degree in agricultural higher education or have substantial experience in animal nutrition.
• You are autonomous, structured, and have a sense of priorities.
• You have good interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.
• You possess good knowledge of animal husbandry techniques and mastery of computer tools.
• Knowledge of German and/or Dutch is an asset. Any other language is a further plus.
