Manpower in Bornem is seeking a Concrete Worker for a hands-on production environment. You will join a fixed team, start at 6 a.m. and finish at 2:30 p.m., with on-the-job training to gradually take on more responsibilities.

Your tasks include producing precast concrete elements, burning off cables, occasionally operating the overhead crane, conducting pressure tests, and keeping the workspace tidy. You collaborate closely with the team supervisor for guidance on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete production is not strictly required due to on-the-job training.
• Ability to work in a fixed team and follow clear workstation procedures.
• Willingness to operate basic production equipment and assist on the floor.
