Job summary

TotalEnergies Group in Brussels is seeking an Integrity Officer to deploy the integrity programme from head office and coordinate its network of integrity managers across the organisation. Located in Brussels, in a carbon-neutral building, you will collaborate with Integrity, Business, Finance and other lines to implement corruption risk maps, due diligence, alerts, and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Company's integrity action programmes to ensure compliance and to combat corruption, fraud and conflicts of interest.
• Produce or update corruption risk maps and monitor third-party due diligence processes.
• Collect and handle alerts and monitor the roll-out of training programmes.
• Run information sessions and communicate internally and externally on actions taken.
• Draw up and monitor an action and control plan and perform control actions.
• Prepare and deliver associated reporting to stakeholders.

Integrity is a cornerstone of TotalEnergies' activities. The integrity policy is based in particular on the company's code of conduct and is deployed at all levels.

The Polymers Business unit operates worldwide and relies on a network of around ten integrity officers. The project manager will report to head office and will be responsible for deploying the integrity programme at head office and for coordinating the network of integrity managers.

Located in the heart of Brussels, in new premises in a carbon-neutral building, the Integrity Officer will join the Integrity and Communication team and will work with various business lines (Integrity, Business, Finance, etc.).

Activities

The Integrity Officer is responsible for deploying the Company's action programmes to ensure compliance with ethical standards and to combat corruption, fraud and conflicts of interest.

In particular, this means :

• producing or updating corruption risk maps,
• monitoring and reviewing third-party due diligence processes,
• collecting and handling alerts
• monitoring the roll-out of training programmes
• running information sessions
• communicating internally and externally on the actions taken
• drawing up and monitoring an action and control plan
• control actions
• associated reporting
