Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is seeking a Completion Pilot to secure the availability of high‑risk parts and coordinate actions across the Supply Chain, Finance, Production and Engineering teams.

You will prioritize parts and engines, ensure data accuracy in IT tools, and verify administrative and quality rules before proposing a part for an engine. The role demands strong attention to detail and collaboration within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient with MS Office, ERP systems and SAESB programs.
• Knowledge of industrial production planning.
• Analytical problem solving and practical solutions.
• Good team spirit, able to work independently and adapt.
• Strong English and French; Dutch language helpful.

Responsabilités

• Manage spare parts and identify/mitigate completion risks.

You manage parts and modules based on their level of criticality.Your role:• You are responsible for the management of spare parts and identify and mitigate completion risks;• You ensure that all administrative and quality rules are respected before proposing a part for an engine;• You prioritize parts, modules, and engines to be processed;• You ensure the accuracy and completeness of data processed in the IT tools and that the engine is completed within the allotted time;• You communicate daily with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, Production, Engineering, and Accounts to monitor the completion of engines and modules.Job RequirementsYour profile:• You hold a higher education degree;• You are proficient with common software (MS Office), ERP systems, and specific programs for SAESB;• You have knowledge of industrial production planning;• You can quickly and accurately analyze problems and propose practical solutions;• You have a good team spirit, work independently, and are open and adaptable;• You have a good command of English and French and can manage in Dutch.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work & residence permit.
