Responsibilities

• You assist customers at the counter as they pick up rented machines and provide clear and correct operating instructions.
• You prepare rental contracts using the InspHire rental software and ensure proper administrative handling.
• You process rental invoices and payments with accuracy.
• You professionally advise customers about our range of rental machines and related accessories.
• You clearly explain rental insurance, transport costs and consumables.
• You answer questions about transport, reservations and technical matters, both at the counter and by phone or e-mail.

Voor een bedrijf te Deurne zijn wij op zoek naar een commercieel administratief medewerker verhuurbalie.

Jouw taken:

• Je begeleidt klanten bij het afhalen van gehuurde machines en geeft duidelijke en correcte gebruiksinstructies.
• Je stelt huurcontracten op via het verhuurpakket InspHire en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
• Je rekent huurcontracten af en verwerkt betalingen nauwkeurig.
• Je adviseert klanten professioneel over ons uitgebreide assortiment aan huurmachines en bijhorende accessoires.
• Je licht huurverzekeringen, transportkosten en verbruiksproducten helder toe.
• Je beantwoordt vragen over transport, reservaties en technische kwesties, zowel aan de balie als telefonisch en via e-mail.
