Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. in Newark, DE is seeking a full-time Commercial Construction Recruiter to attract, screen, select, and onboard qualified personnel to support growth.

Travel to Southern Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey will be required to fulfill field recruiting needs. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years recruiting experience in construction or trades.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Sprinkler, and Sheetmetal trades preferred.
• Experience with ATS/HR systems and ADP Workforce Now.

Responsabilités

• Attract, screen, select and onboard qualified personnel to support company growth.
• Develop creative recruitment plans using social media, college-based sites and events.
• Travel to Southern Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey as needed.
• Collaborate with internal resources to gain a competitive hiring advantage.
