A global coffee and tea company in Brussels is seeking a Customer Service Intern to support the supply chain operations for Out of Home customers. You'll work on customer alignment, operational tasks, and improvement proposals while collaborating with Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic business student with strong communication skills and a passion for coffee and tea, available for at least 5-6 months starting February/March 2026.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic student, internship part of educational program.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and English.
• Available for at least 5 to 6 months starting from February/March 2026.

Responsabilités

• Actively integrated in the customer service team, supporting daily operations.
• Contact customers to align on orders and ensure OTIF deliveries.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and local supply chain projects.
