• Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
• Solving guest concerns quickly—and always with a smile
• Coaching team members with positive, constructive feedback

• Enforcing company standards and operating procedures
• Maintaining top‑tier customer satisfaction
• Standing for an 8‑hour shift and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Handling repetitive movement like standing, bending, and stooping

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work a 48‑hour week (including nights, weekends, some holidays)
