UNIQUE OFFICE in Ypres is seeking a CNC operator to join a two-shift or weekend schedule. The role involves setting up the CNC machine, loading job files, and ensuring precise machining of workpieces.

You will verify parts against technical drawings, adjust tooling as needed, and perform cleaning and deburring. Finally, you will document the completed pieces and prepare for the next job in the workflow.

Formación

• Operate CNC machines to ensure accurate machining of workpieces.
• Set up the machine from a job file and properly position the workpiece.
• Adjust zero points, select the correct program, and fine-tune tools as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect finished parts using drawings and measurement instructions.
• Adjust zero points and tooling if parts do not meet specifications.
• Clean and deburr parts and register completed pieces for the next job.
