Jobat is seeking a CNC operator for a metal foundry in Ieper. The role involves driving CNC machines, setting up from the part dossier, and accurately positioning parts for machining. You will verify finished pieces against drawings and measurement specs, adjust setups if needed, and perform deburring and cleaning.

The position offers two shifts or a weekend shift. Ideal candidates are hands-on, precise, and able to document output for subsequent jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machines and setting up programs.
• Ability to read and interpret part drawings and specifications.
• Experience with quality checks and measurement procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC machine to machine parts per dossier.
• Set up zero points, select tools, and load CNC program.
• Inspect machined parts using drawings and measurement standards.
• Adjust zero points/tools as needed and perform deburring and cleaning.
• Document finished parts and prepare for next job.

Voor onze klant in Ieper, een metaal gieterij, zijn we op zoek naar een CNC operator in 2 ploegen of weekendploeg

Wat zal je doen?

• Je stuurt de CNC-machine aan om werkstukken correct te verspanen. Hoe? Je stelt de CNC-machine in aan de hand van een stukdossier en positioneert het te bewerken stuk in de machine. Nulpunten bepalen, het juiste CNC-programma oproepen, snijgereedschap correct instellen, … je hebt het allemaal in de vingers!
• Als de freesmachine zijn werk heeft gedaan, controleer je het bewerkte stuk aan de hand van meetvoorschriften en een tekening. Niet 100% correct? Dan kan je het nulpunt en/of het gereedschap bijsturen. Ook het reinigen en ontbramen van de werkstukken behoren tot je takenpakket. Tot slot registreer je de afgewerkte stukken en … op naar de volgende!
