CMS zoekt in Brussel een associate EU, competition and regulatory law om het EU-, mededingings- en regulatoire team te versterken. Je werkt samen met internationale CMS-kantoren en CMS België aan complexe dossiers in antitrust, fusiecontrole en gereguleerde sectoren.

De positie vraagt 4–5 jaar ervaring, een Belgisch diploma rechtsgeleerdheid en een master/LLM in Europees recht, plus sterke analytische vaardigheden en teamspirit. Flexibel werken en trainingskansen worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Bent u tweetalig in het Nederlands en Frans en vloeiend in Engels.
• Minimaal 4–5 jaar ervaring in EU/competition law bij een gerenommeerd zakengericht kantoor.
• Diploma van Belgische universiteit met uitstekende resultaten; Master/LLM European law.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden, creatief en proactief, teamgericht handelen.

Responsabilités

• Adviseer en vertegenwoordig ondernemingen in EU-, mededingings- en reglementaire zaken, incl. aanbestedings- en gereguleerde sectoren.
• Werk samen met CMS-buitenlandse kantoren en CMS-België afdelingen voor een multi-jurisdictionele aanpak.
• Beheer dossiers van begin tot eind met enige zelfstandigheid onder begeleiding van een partner.
• Werk nauw samen met cliënten bij advisering en vertegenwoordiging in geschillen en onderhandelingen.
