UCB, a global biopharmaceutical company, invites applications for a role within the CMC Development Sciences – Excellence & Operations department. The mission focuses on mapping and modelling development processes, defining roles, and promoting BPM best practices to streamline operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field and has initial experience in pharma or an operational excellence context, with fluency in English and a plus of French.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or related field.
• Initial experience in a pharmaceutical, CMC, Quality, Supply Chain, or Operational Excellence environment is an asset.
• Fluent in English, French is a plus, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Map, model, and document CMC Development business processes using BPM tools.
• Identify priority processes and define roles, responsibilities, and interfaces.
• Contribute to BPM best practices development and promotion.
• Structure, consolidate, and automate departmental performance data.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, benchmarking analyses, and improvement benefit measurements.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support process simplification, standardization, and long-term capability development of the department.
