Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Stream Lead to drive cloud-native core banking transformation. You’ll design and deliver cloud-native solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and own end-to-end delivery, from architecture to deployment.

The role blends technology leadership with strategic influence in a dynamic consultancy setting. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, ensure security/compliance, and explore cutting-edge cloud practices to enable scalable, agile banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud-native software development with a portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaaS/PaaS/SaaS understanding.
• Experience designing and developing microservices, API-driven interfaces, and scalable systems.
• Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Proven leadership skills to drive teams on complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
