bpost is modernizing its technology landscape and cloud footprint across AWS, Azure and Azure VMware Solution. The Cloud Modernization Architect will assess the existing estate and define portable modernization roadmaps, focusing on secure, cost-efficient architectures that reduce VMware dependency and technical debt.

The architect will lead migrations from AVS-hosted VMware infrastructure and re-architect workloads toward containers, serverless and managed services, defining IaC and CI/CD

Qualifications

• 10+ years cloud experience.
• 4+ years AWS/Azure in large-scale settings.
• Modernization leadership experience.
• VMware virtualization experience.
• GDPR/EU compliance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Assess cloud workloads and identify modernization needs.
• Define a modernization roadmap for AVS migrations.
• Lead AVS migrations and re-architect workloads toward containers/serverless.
• Update modernization stakeholders and embed compliance checks.
• Define IaC and CI/CD standards for repeatable delivery.
