Delta Healthcare Consulting in Willebroek is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead the clinical trial and coordinate a team of CTAs and Sr. CTAs.

You ensure high‑quality execution in terms of quality, planning and budget management, and you work with external partners to deliver trials in compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations. You hold a university degree in Medicine or other life sciences and have at least 5 years of experience in clinical trials.

Job content

As Clinical Project Manager, you take the lead on the clinical trial and, together with your fellow CPM, manage a team of CTAs and Sr. CTAs. You ensure high-quality execution in terms of quality, planning and budget management, and you coordinate external partners efficiently. You think ahead proactively, manage risks and respond quickly to resolve challenges in a targeted way. With your structured, hands-on approach, you make sure the trial runs flawlessly in accordance with all applicable guidelines and regulations.

Profile

You hold a university degree: Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, …

You have at least 5 years of experience in clinical trials.

Experience in leading teams is definitely a plus.
