Job summary

NextLink Group in Bruxelles, Belgium is seeking a Technical & Business Analyst to support the Clinical Squad within the RubyProgram. The consultant acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and Digital Technology teams, helping evaluate, select, and implement digital solutions for Clinical Development and Regulatory activities.

Typical Day includes gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, conducting fit-gap analyses, and coordinating RFI/RFP activities with IT, AI specialists,

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to assess digital solutions from a technical perspective.
• Excellent communication bridging business and technology teams.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Clinical development or pharma experience (nice to have).
• Exposure to GxP‑regulated environments (nice to have).
• Experience with AI or GenAI‑enabled solutions (nice to have).
• Experience supporting RFI/RFP activities (nice to have).
• Knowledge of system integrations, security, and compliance considerations (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders.
• Perform technical assessments and fit-gap analyses of vendor solutions.
• Support RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and solution selection.
• Coordinate implementation activities with business, IT teams, and vendors.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Act as a translator between business and technical stakeholders.
