Craftzing Group and Sagacify seek an AI/ML Engineer who blends hands-on AI engineering with close client collaboration. You’ll translate fuzzy business problems into end-to-end AI solutions, from LLM-powered assistants to tuned predictive models, and explain why it works to non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll design and build production-grade AI systems with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines, selecting the right tool for each challenge.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field.
• 2–5 years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and modern software practices.
• Strong ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model validation.
• Hands-on with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and PyTorch (or TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals: Transformers, RAG and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph, FastAPI and Docker.
• comfortable working with data in SQL databases.
• Natural consultant: listen, ask the right questions, and see the business behind tech problems.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and explaining complex topics simply.
• Strong problem-solving, proactive attitude, team spirit, autonomy and curiosity.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Understand clients' business needs and translate them into clear AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted contact for clients through scoping to delivery.
• Run discovery sessions and technical workshops with stakeholders.
• Design and build AI solutions combining LLMs, vector databases, APIs, orchestration layers and UIs.
• Develop agents and RAG pipelines linking client data to LLMs for grounded answers.
• Perform prompt and context engineering to improve quality and reduce hallucinations.
• Build, train and evaluate classical ML models when best suited.
• Handle data: gathering, cleaning, validating data quality and feature engineering.
• Evaluate solutions with ML/Ga and production monitoring metrics.
• Deploy solutions to the cloud with security, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Present AI concepts and trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
• Support sales: estimating effort and writing proposals.
• Contribute to demos, proofs of concept and knowledge sharing.
