Craftzing Group and Sagacify seek an AI/ML Engineer who blends hands-on AI development with client engagement. You will work on LLM-based applications, agents and RAG pipelines, choosing the right tools for each problem and delivering production-grade AI solutions.

You will sit at the intersection of clients, business and engineering, collaborating with Sagacify and Craftzing teams to create real business value and scalable AI systems.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or related field.
• 2–5 years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and software development practices.
• Strong fundamentals in supervised/unsupervised learning and feature engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and PyTorch (or TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of LLMs: Transformers, RAG, generation parameters and fine-tuning.
• Experience with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph, FastAPI and Docker.
• Comfort working with data in SQL databases.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate client needs into end-to-end AI solutions.
• Serve as trusted client contact from scoping to delivery.
• Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops.
• Design and build AI solutions with LLMs, vector DBs, APIs and UIs.
• Develop agents and RAG pipelines for grounded answers.
• Perform prompt engineering to improve quality and reduce hallucinations.
• Build and evaluate classical ML models when appropriate.
• Handle data gathering, cleaning and feature engineering.
• Evaluate solutions with ML and generative AI metrics and monitoring.
• Deploy models to the cloud with security and reproducibility in mind.
• Present AI concepts and results to non-technical audiences.
• Support sales in scoping, estimating and proposals.
