Sagacify, part of Craftzing, is seeking an AI/ML Engineer who thrives in client workshops as much as in a codebase. You’ll turn fuzzy business problems into production AI solutions, from LLM-powered assistants to predictive models, and explain why each choice works.

You’ll work at the intersection of business, engineering and clients, reporting to the Head of ML and collaborating across Sagacify and Craftzing teams to deliver value through AI.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• 2–5 years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and software development best practices.
• Hands-on with Python data stack: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals: Transformers, RAG, tuning.
• Experience with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph, FastAPI, Docker.
• Comfortable working with data in SQL databases.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Translate client needs into end-to-end AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted client contact from scoping to delivery.
• Run discovery sessions and workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Design and build AI solutions using LLMs, vector DBs, APIs and UIs.
• Develop agents and RAG pipelines connecting client data to LLMs.
• Perform prompt and context engineering to improve quality and reduce hallucinations.
• Deploy production-ready models and data with security and cost efficiency.
