HH Global Group in Belgium is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to manage and deliver solutions for clients across several spend areas, including 2D/3D Print and POSM. You will work closely with internal teams and local partners, attending client sites in Rotterdam once or twice weekly.

The role is initially a fixed term contract with a view to permanent employment and requires strong client service, communication, and project management skills in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in client site management and relationship building.
• Experience with 2D/3D Print, POSM and Promotional Merchandise spend areas.
• Commercial bias with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management mindset with sales/business development focus.
• Troubleshooting and preventative measures.
• Excellent communication; presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced Dutch and English language skills required.
• Willing to attend client office in Rotterdam weekly.

Responsabilités

• Take briefs from the client, manage projects from start to finish.
• Provide technical input and brief suppliers, ensure high customer service.
• Monitor projects and collaborate across teams to use full-service offering.
• Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and manage accounts.
• Agree and manage budgets and P&Ls to maximize profit.
• Deliver services meeting SLAs while complying with policies.
