Job summary

Copius Group is seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to support major energy, infrastructure, industrial and data centre projects across Belgium and Europe. The role focuses on conducting inspections, managing ITPs/NCRs, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and ISO 9001 standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering qualification and proven QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects, with fluency in English and additional Dutch or French seen as a

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstratable QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience within the Energy, Infrastructure, Industrial, Utilities or Data Centre sectors.
• Strong understanding of civil construction practices and quality management processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and inspection requirements.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of civil works including concrete, foundations, earthworks and drainage.
• Manage ITPs, NCRs, quality records and inspection documentation.
• Ensure works comply with project specifications, industry standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and site teams to maintain quality standards.
• Support audits, testing, handover and project close-out activities.
