Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Project & Transition Manager – CISO to lead end-to-end cybersecurity initiatives and ensure smooth transition into operations. You will work on-site with client teams and collaborate with business, IT, and security stakeholders to achieve stable operations.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale transformations, budget oversight, and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of IT experience in large enterprises.
• 10+ years in project, program, or transition management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs and transitions.
• Budget oversight exceeding 20M€.
• Certification in project or service management (PRINCE2/PMI/PMBOK/PM2/ITIL).
• Min. 2 days/week onsite.
• Dutch or French at C2 level and English at C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of CISO initiatives from initiation through stabilization.
• Align projects with cybersecurity, compliance, and business objectives.
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure service readiness and operational handover to operations.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between delivery and operations teams.
• Governance, reporting and continuous improvement across delivery activities.
