Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior CISO Project Manager to lead end-to-end CISO initiatives for client engagements. You will work hands-on in a consultancy capacity, delivering multi-million euro programs with direct interaction with business and IT stakeholders.

The role requires extensive IT and PM experience, certification in a recognized PM methodology, and the ability to operate onsite at client locations at least two days per week, with remote collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in IT.
• At least 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• At least two complex, large-scale programs/projects.
• Budget oversight over more than 20M€.
• Proven track record of managing Programs/Projects in critical environments.
• PM certification in a recognized methodology (PMI/PMBOK/Prince2/PM2).
• Minimum 2 days/week onsite.
• Dutch or French at C2 level; English at C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CISO projects, ensuring alignment with the client's security, compliance, and business objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively resolving obstacles to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to the CISO project, and compliance with relevant standards (ISO, CISM, ITIL, etc.).
• Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle (using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Office 365).
• Drive continuous improvement in CISO processes, leveraging best practices.
• Personally accountable for project outcomes—delegation of core responsibilities is not permitted.

Join Keystone Solutions as a Senior CISO Project Manager consultant, delivering end-to-end CISO projects for our client. This is a critical, hands‑on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, direct engagement with business and IT stakeholders, and a proven ability to deliver results in complex, high‑stakes environments. You will perform all responsibilities below as a Keystone Solutions consultant working closely with the client.

Consultancy Nature Of Work

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate within a consultancy model, working on-site at the client location a minimum of 2 days per week, with additional remote collaboration as appropriate. You will integrate with client teams while remaining part of Keystone Solutions, benefiting from our community, coaching, and shared expertise. All project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy framework, ensuring high standards and consistent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CISO projects, ensuring alignment with the client's security, compliance, and business objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively resolving obstacles to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate closely with senior business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to the CISO project, and compliance with relevant standards (ISO, CISM, ITIL, etc.).
• Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle (using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Office 365).

All of the above responsibilities will be performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant embedded with the client to ensure delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Conformity Criteria

• 20+ years of experience in IT.
• At least 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• At least two complex, large-scale business transformation programs/projects.
• At least one track record on CV of Program/Project Management with Budget Oversight over more than 20M€.
• Proven track record of managing Programs/Projects, delivering tangible results in critical operational environment.
• Certification in a Project Management Methodology such as PMI, PMBOK, Prince2, PM2 or the like (one is sufficient).
• Minimum 2 days/week onsite.
• Dutch or French: C2 level (native or near-native proficiency in at least one). English: C1 level (advanced working proficiency).

Evaluation Criteria

• Each criterion will be scored from 0 to 10 points, based on the relevance, complexity and scale of the candidate's demonstrated experience. Higher scores will be awarded for:
• Greater years of relevant experience;
• Delivery of larger and more complex programs/projects;
• Higher levels of budget responsibility;
• Experience in cybersecurity and IAM environments;
• Exposure to executive-level stakeholder management.
