Job summary

In4Matic is seeking a highly experienced IT Resilience professional for a long-term consulting assignment in Belgium. You will strengthen and maintain resilience capabilities with a focus on disaster recovery and business continuity in a complex IT environment.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, develop and implement resilience strategies, and drive continuous improvement. A proven track record in DR/BC, strong communication, and a Master’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of professional IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years in IT resilience, disaster recovery, and/or business continuity.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record implementing disaster recovery and/or business continuity capabilities in comparable environments.
• Strong IT resilience and recovery knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A recommendation letter from a previous employer or client must be included as the final page of the CV.

You will leverage your extensive IT background to support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of resilience strategies and processes within a complex IT environment. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders will be essential to ensure that solutions are aligned with operational requirements and business expectations.

Profile & Experience

• At least 15 years of professional experience within the IT sector.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in IT resilience, disaster recovery and/or business continuity.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of successfully establishing or implementing disaster recovery and/or business continuity capabilities in comparable environments.
• Strong technical understanding of IT resilience principles, recovery strategies and business continuity practices.
• Experience operating within complex and demanding IT environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and organisational levels.
• A recommendation letter from a previous employer or client demonstrating successful experience in setting up disaster recovery or business continuity must be included as the final page of the CV.
