NATO - North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, SHAPE, Belgium, is seeking a Support Analyst (CapDev) to oversee data management and analytics within the NCAAC framework. The role involves coordinating data gathering, ensuring data integrity, and presenting insights through dashboards to support strategic decisions.

The position requires 2+ years in data/analytics, experience with large datasets, and familiarity with NATO data protection rules.

Qualifications

• 1) Minimum 2 years post-related experience in information and data management, analytics or related field.
• 2) Experience managing large and complex data sets (structured and unstructured).
• 3) Experience with data processing, transformation, integration and analysis including cleaning for modeling.
• 4) Experience with NATO or national Intelligence Requirements Management and RFIs.
• 5) Experience with protecting, managing and storing sensitive and classified information per NATO rules.

Responsabilités

• Provide inputs to Capability Development across all NCAAC phases.
• Gather and organize data per CIMIC analysts requirements for accuracy.
• Present findings via reports, dashboards, and visual representations for decision-making.
• Contribute to data integrity and protection of sensitive information per regulations.
• Train on data preparation and use of visualization tools in NCAAC.
• Provide CIMIC data from other NATO/Functional Area Systems when required.
• Share CIMIC data with other NATO systems as needed.
