Job summary

Essensys is seeking a CEO/Managing Director to take overall responsibility for strategy, P&L and execution in a Belgium-based SME. You will strengthen commercial relationships with suppliers, brands and customers and translate market opportunities into profitable growth.

You will build an agile organization, develop the management team and leverage digitalization to improve business performance, driving change and engaging people around clear decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience as CEO/Managing Director with overall business responsibility.
• Experience in FMCG, food or non-food distribution preferred.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial leader for an SME.
