HOFFMAN, a well-established Belgian non-profit based in Brussels, seeks a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to guide its next stage of sustainable growth and social impact.

The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, oversee strategy, governance, fundraising, and external representation, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver on the organization's mission with integrity and impact.

For their offices in Brussels, employing a small team, we are looking for an inspiring and entrepreneurial CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER to guide its future direction.

The Candidate Profile

• Proven professional experience in leading organizations combining both strategic and operational management responsibilities. Experience can be gained within corporate and/or non-profit/NGO environments
• Experience in leading, motivating and developing teams
• Outstanding communication and relation-building skills
• Experience in fundraising, partnership and stakeholder engagement
• Outstanding planning and organisational skills
• Pro‑active, dynamic, hands‑on with strong listening skills
• Affinity with mission-driven organizations and social impact
• Fluency in Dutch, English and French.
