Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced electricity project manager to strengthen their teams. You will play a key role in the study, implementation, and follow-up of electrical projects in high and low voltage, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the study, pricing, and complete implementation of electrical projects (HT/BT).
• Providing technical suggestions to optimize installations.
• Supporting the designer in the conception of plans.
• Actively participating in meetings with clients for project follow-up.
• Organizing, motivating, and accompanying technical teams.
• Planning and monitoring the progress of construction sites, ensuring the quality of work done.
• Controlling workplaces and guaranteeing compliance with safety standards (VCA, client procedures, etc.).
• Being the privileged interlocutor for clients on technical matters.
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Managing personnel schedules, motivating them, and ensuring a pleasant work atmosphere.
• Analyzing risks related to construction sites and ensuring the implementation of safety devices.
• Participating in inspections and analyses in case of accidents.
• Controlling the condition of equipment and ensuring compliance with legal obligations for control.

Profile

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or a related technical field.

• You justify a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical projects.
• You master ELEC CALC or equivalent electrical calculation and sizing software.
• You are able to size protections, define curves, cable sections, selectivity, filiation, etc.
• You have solid technical expertise in industrial electrical installations.
• You are recognized for your skills in team management, clear communication, customer orientation, safety, and continuous improvement.
• You are proactive, structured, and results-oriented.
