TVH Group in Belgium seeks a Change Management Expert to lead end-to-end change initiatives across ERP upgrades and system harmonizations, ensuring adoption and ROI while minimizing disruption.

You will work with the Transformation Team to craft a human-centered implementation model, coach leaders, manage resistance, and drive tailored engagement across TVH's 5,000+ global colleagues.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent
• Proven experience applying the ADKAR framework (Prosci CCMP a strong plus)
• Strong stakeholder management and resistance handling experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional transformations across complex programs

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the end-to-end change management strategy for enterprise-wide digital transformations (TVH Transformation / Innovatis)
• Lead stakeholder engagement across all levels to secure buy-in and alignment
• Apply structured change management methodologies and develop communication, sponsorship, and resistance plans
• Conduct impact, readiness, and feasibility assessments across departments
• Coach leaders and people managers to guide teams through transitions
• Represent Change Management in governance bodies and transformation forums
• Coordinate training deployment and monitor adoption metrics

As a Change Management Expert you'll ensure the success and ROI of simultaneous global technology initiatives —including multi-stream, cross-functional ERP upgrades and system harmonizations across regions/functions—such as ERP upgrades and system harmonizations—by leading people-centric change management.In close alignment with the Transformation Team, this role co-creates a human-centered implementation model that equips leaders to navigate change, addresses the anxiety of digital transitions, and drives tailored engagement across TVH's 5,000+ global colleagues. The ultimate goal is to minimize disruption, mitigate resistance, and actively strive for high end-user adoption and long-term system utilization.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Change strategy & framework execution (ADKAR)
• Define and execute the end-to-end change management strategy across enterprise-wide digital transformations (TVH Transformation / Innovatis)
• Apply structured change management methodologies, specifically leveraging the ADKAR framework, build custom communication, sponsorship, and resistance management plans
• Conduct impact, readiness, and feasibility assessments across all affected departments to map out organizational shifts
• Stakeholder management & leadership coaching
• Lead stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels to build trust, secure buy-in, and align cross-functional teams
• Act as a trusted change expert and strategic advisor to senior leaders and people managers, coaching them to guide their teams effectively through the digital transitions and disruption
• Represent Change Management in global governance, steering committees, and transformation forums
• Transformation, communication & training deployment
• Design and execute clear internal communication plans, delivering strategic messaging that articulates the "why" behind business and system changes
• Define training needs, document requirements, and coordinate the delivery of training programs during project rollouts
• Monitor change metrics and user adoption, perform root-cause analysis on resistance, and implement targeted mitigation plans to ensure long-term sustainability
• Capability building & governance
• Actively contribute to and grow the internal change management community, serving as an ambassador for best practices
• Manage change-related risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring full alignment with broader business strategy and milestones

How to succeed / your profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience and experience in leading end-to-end change management and transformation activities across complex, multi-departmental initiatives
• You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience) with a strong ability to quickly grasp complex business concepts, operational models, and new technologies
• You have demonstrated practical experience applying the ADKAR framework (Prosci or CCMP certification is a strong plus)
• You excel at stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and resistance management, with a proven track record of driving adoption across all levels of an enterprise
• You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex transformation concepts into clear, engaging messages
• You thrive in cross-functional environments, bring a proactive problem-solving attitude to organizational shifts, and adapt easily to evolving project requirements
