ITProposal is seeking a CER Project Manager in Aartselaar, Belgium to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Critical Entities Resilience (CER) legislation within a hybrid, 3/5-time arrangement. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, strengthening operational resilience, and ensuring continuity of essential services.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, align CER activities with NIS2 initiatives, and establish a robust governance and risk framework across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security in a leadership role.
• Experience in project management, compliance, risk management or business continuity.
• Experience with organisation-wide transformation projects is a strong advantage.
• Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency; English: Nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of CER legislation.
• Ensure timely and demonstrable compliance with regulatory requirements for critical entities.
• Coordinate the implementation of organisational, technical and operational resilience measures.
• Support business continuity and ensure the continuity of essential services.
• Align CER activities with ongoing NIS2 initiatives and identify opportunities for synergies.
• Establish a consistent methodological framework for security, governance and compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders across the organisation.
• Identify, assess and manage risks relating to critical infrastructure and operational resilience.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with legal and organisational requirements.
