Job summary

ITProposal is seeking a CER Project Manager in Aartselaar, Belgium to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Critical Entities Resilience (CER) legislation within a hybrid, 3/5-time arrangement. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, strengthening operational resilience, and ensuring continuity of essential services.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, align CER activities with NIS2 initiatives, and establish a robust governance and risk framework across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security in a leadership role.
• Experience in project management, compliance, risk management or business continuity.
• Experience with organisation-wide transformation projects is a strong advantage.
• Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency; English: Nice to have.

CER Project Manager | Critical Infrastructure & Resilience | Aartselaar, Belgium

We are looking for an experienced CER Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of the Critical Entities Resilience (CER) legislation within a critical infrastructure environment.

The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening operational resilience and maintaining the continuity of essential services. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and align the CER implementation with ongoing NIS2 initiatives to create a consistent approach to security, risk management and compliance.

Location: Aartselaar, Belgium
Work Model: Hybrid
Duration: As soon as possible until 30 September 2027
Commitment: Part-time (3/5)

• Experience with organisation-wide transformation projects is a strong advantage.
