MindCapture in Ghent is seeking a Cell Therapy Laboratory Associate to join the manufacturing team. You will support aseptic production of cell therapy products in a sterile GMP environment and help maintain documentation for compliant daily operations.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, training junior technicians, and contributing to investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a junior position with opportunities for growth and a strong fringe benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, bioengineering, biotechnology, pharmacy or related field.
• Experience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom environments is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Focus on quality, compliance and detail.

Responsabilités

• Cell therapy production in a sterile GMP environment.
• Support documentation and production activities per GMP requirements.
• Perform cell isolation, activation, culture, fill, finish and cryopreservation.
• Work in cleanroom environments while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Help manage daily priorities and support smooth operations.
• Contribute to manufacturing investigations and issue follow-up.
• Create and revise work instructions, procedures and batch records.
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure daily execution.
• Coach junior technicians and support routine troubleshooting.
• Contribute to system implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
