MindCapture is seeking a Junior QC Analyst in Ghent to perform quality control tests for cell therapy production in a GMP environment, supporting both clinical trials and commercial operations.

In this role you will ensure accuracy in testing, help maintain compliance, and collaborate with a dynamic international team to advance life-changing therapies and projects that matter to patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in QA, manufacturing compliance or clinical quality.
• Experience in Quality Control with GMP and FDA/EU regulations for cell-based products is preferred.
• Familiarity with aseptic processing in ISO 5 cleanrooms and biosafety cabinets is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cell-based QC test methods and related equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform laboratory QC tests related to production for clinical and commercial operations in GMP cleanroom facilities.
• Contribute to compliance assurance and documentation.
• Participate in technology transfer and analytical work.
• Review data and operate relevant systems.
• Ensure safety and quality throughout testing activities.
