Qatar Airways is seeking a Cargo Operations Officer to join the Brussels team. You will monitor station cargo operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with GHA, sales, and head office to ensure smooth inbound/outbound cargo processes.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and ability to delegate and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of warehouse/ramp handling and relevant regulations.
• Experience with loading freighter aircraft.

Responsabilités

• Monitor cargo operations at the station in coordination with GHA and staff.
• Ensure compliance with local authority and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to IATA regulations to move inbound/outbound cargo cost-effectively.
• Maintain on-time performance and avoid delays due to ground operations.
• Coordinate with Sales/GSA and GHA for bookings and pre-alerts.
• Interface with Head Office cargo claims, handle discrepancies and paperwork.
• Investigate safety and security incidents to root cause and report within timeframes.
