Legend Biotech in Ghent is seeking a Production Scheduler & Batch Tracking Specialist to coordinate timely manufacturing and release of patient-specific batches within a GMP supply chain.

You will own BI dashboards, collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Investigations, and build detailed production schedules translating demand into feasible short- and mid-term plans. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or related field.
• At least three years of relevant supply chain/operations/quality experience.
• Experience in GMP pharma/biotech is a plus.
• Hands-on Power BI and Microsoft tools for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate on-time release of finished product batches with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Investigations.
• Maintain and enhance BI dashboards to support batch release coordination.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks affecting batch release timelines and drive resolutions.
• Develop detailed production schedules aligning with demand and capacity.
• Drive process improvements and scalable planning methodologies.
