Legend Biotech is seeking a Production Scheduler & BatchTracking Specialist to coordinate timely manufacturing and release of patient-specific batches in a GMP environment. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC and Investigations to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain.

You will build detailed production schedules, translate demand forecasts into feasible plans, and maintain BI dashboards to monitor batch status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in supply chain, operations or quality.
• GMP experience in pharma or biotech is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate and other Microsoft tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate on-time release of batches with Manufacturing, QA, QC and Investigations.
• Serve as main contact for stakeholders and provide updates on batch status.
• Maintain and enhance BI dashboards to support batch release coordination.
• Build detailed production schedules and translate demand forecasts into plans.
