Legend Biotech is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing of personalized CAR-T therapies, ensuring safe, compliant operations and cross-team coordination. From an office-base, you’ll maintain a clear overview of the production floor, driving collaboration and excellence.

You will lead multiple units, ensure quality systems, support GMP inspections, and foster a culture of continuous improvement with a patient-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Bio-Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a production environment, preferably biotech/biopharma.
• Leadership experience as coordinator, supervisor, trainer or similar.
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and cleanroom operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MES and EBR systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with a people-focused approach.
• Flexible, positive, solution-oriented, with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and details.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise multiple operational units across CAR-T manufacturing processes.
• Act as the first contact for production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as SME for Quality and Operations within cGMP environments and support GMP inspections.
• Oversee quality-related production activities including document management and batch release.
• Coordinate quality system processes such as Change Controls, Deviations, Events and CAPAs.
• Ensure training and development support for the production team.
• Identify and implement production improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
