ACTIEF CONSTRUCT in Belgium is looking for a cost estimator who will support prefab projects from start to finish, handling financial and technical aspects to ensure smooth execution. You will prepare price requests with subcontractors and suppliers, analyze and compare offers, and create budgets and quotes for clients.

You report to the head of calculation and can brainstorm with an experienced team, tackling daily technical and financial challenges in a structured and creative way.

Als calculator ben jij de schakel die projecten voorbereidt en bereidt voor een vlotte uitvoering. Je stelt prijsaanvragen op voor onderaannemers en leveranciers, analyseert en vergelijkt offertes en werkt nauw samen met vertegenwoordigers om begrotingen en offertes op te stellen voor klanten. Je rapporteert aan de hoofd calculatie en kan sparren met een ervaren team, waardoor je dagelijks technische en financiële uitdagingen op een gestructureerde en creatieve manier aanpakt.

• Opstellen en opvolgen van prijsoffertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers
• Analyseren en vergelijken van offertes en begrotingen
• Opstellen van offertes en rapporteren aan hoofd calculatie
