Zusammenfassung

Oxida is seeking a calculation specialist to analyze new prefab projects, study plans, and technical information, and to develop accurate project budgets. You will request pricing from suppliers and subcontractors and actively follow up on these requests, evaluating proposals for price, quality, and feasibility.

Based on your calculations, you will prepare clear and competitive quotes for customers and regularly coordinate with representatives to ensure timely, accurate dossiers.

• You analyze new prefab projects and study plans, specifications, and technical information.
• You request pricing from suppliers and subcontractors and actively follow up on these requests.
• You evaluate received price proposals and compare them in terms of price, quality, and technical feasibility.
• You collect all relevant costs and data and translate them into an accurate project budget.
• Based on your calculations, you prepare clear and competitive quotes for customers.
• You regularly coordinate with representatives and other involved colleagues to ensure dossiers are completed correctly and on time.
• You keep an overview of multiple calculations and monitor the quality and accuracy of your work.
• You report to the head of the calculation team and rely on an experienced team to test ideas and solutions.

• Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en volgt deze aanvragen actief op.
• Je beoordeelt ontvangen prijsvoorstellen en vergelijkt deze op vlak van prijs, kwaliteit en technische haalbaarheid.
• Je verzamelt alle relevante kosten en gegevens en verwerkt deze tot een nauwkeurige projectbegroting.
• Op basis van jouw berekeningen stel je duidelijke en competitieve offertes op voor klanten.
• Je stemt regelmatig af met vertegenwoordigers en andere betrokken collega's om dossiers correct en tijdig af te werken.
• Je houdt overzicht over meerdere calculaties en bewaakt de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van jouw werk.
• Je rapporteert aan het hoofd van de calculatie en kunt rekenen op een ervaren team om ideeën en oplossingen af te toetsen.
