Job summary

BlackRidge Group in Luxembourg seeks a Lead Developer / C# Team Leader for Life Insurance projects. You will steer the development team, ensure delivery quality and align business needs with technical execution.

You will mentor developers, organize rituals, coordinate with POs and the Scrum Master, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of code quality and security.

Qualifications

• Proven life insurance experience in Luxembourg or regulatory familiarity.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate developers on a daily basis.
• Organise and run team rituals (daily meetings, retrospectives, code reviews).
• Develop team skills through coaching, training and sharing best practices.
• Manage resources, allocate objectives and track deliverables.
• Coordinate development activities with POs and the Scrum Master.
• Plan and prioritise tasks; ensure deadlines and quality.
• Represent the team at project steering committees.
