Business Process Architect

We are a Belgian family business with over 30 years of experience, offering a wide range of fashion products both online and in 98 stores. Our team of 600 passionate colleagues provides expert advice and ensures a comfortable, affordable shopping experience for everyone.

Functie

• Map existing processes across all departments and provide a clear overview of current operations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, speed, and simplification, and propose concrete actions.
• Co‑design process future states with departments and ensure the vision is understood and owned.
• Play a key role in our new ERP project by translating business requirements into clear process definitions that serve as the foundation for the system.
• Partner with departments to rethink administrative processes and move them towards digital solutions.
• Explore ways AI can streamline or simplify processes and translate those opportunities into tangible applications, contributing to the company's AI adoption.
• Guide process experts in each department through workshops and methodology, keeping ownership within the teams while providing framework and structure.
• Collaborate closely with the BI Architect to align processes and data.
• Report to the Business Technology & Operations Director.

Profiel

• Quickly understand how an organization works and enjoy untangling complex processes.
• Combine process improvement with a strong affinity for digitization and systems; experience in an ERP project is a major plus.
• Have solid knowledge or strong curiosity about AI, knowing when it adds real value, and communicate fluently between business and IT.
• Think globally while staying close to the shop floor, never losing sight of practical reality.
• Drive change and manage resistance, getting people on board.
• Work methodically, making the abstract tangible with clear process diagrams and documentation.
• Retail experience is nice but not required; your mindset and process skills matter more than years of experience.
• Hold a bachelor or master degree, or have equivalent experience.
• Communicate fluently in Dutch and handle English with tools and suppliers; knowledge of French is a plus.
