We are continuing our growth all over Europe, and we need YOU in our team of experts to support our growth in Romania.

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development / Technical Advisor whoshares our vision for a sustainable future and is equipped with technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively showcase our products to (new) clients in a clear and practical manner;
  • Guide clients from the first demo to their finished project;
  • Support clients on their first projects and oversee execution quality;
  • Travel regularly across Romania to build and maintain client relationships;
  • Promote our product range through demonstrations, trainings, fairs, and open days;
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and carefully honor agreements.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's degree and preferably 5 years of relevant experience;
  • You are fluent in Romanian and English. Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus;
  • You have technical knowledge interest, and can explain things clearly;
  • You work independently, take initiative, and feel comfortable in a team;
  • You are results-oriented and motivated by achieving goals;
  • You combine sharp attention to detail with a passion for promoting green innovation;
  • You believe in sustainable construction and want to make an impact in this field;
  • You are proficient with computers (ERP and MS Office);
  • You are willing to travel regularly throughout Romania.
