Job summary

TiTANS België is seeking a Management Controller / Finance Business Partner to join our finance team in Belgium. You will be responsible for budgetary follow-up across several departments, and for preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts to support strategic decisions.

You will monitor actual performance, perform variance analyses between actuals, budgets and forecasts, and challenge assumptions. Proficiency with SAP and cost/profit center data is required to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a business controller (budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analyses)
• Experience performing variance analyses and providing explanations to management
• Proficient in SAP and analysis of cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, WBS elements

Management Controller / Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the Budget & Tariff Controlling Manager, the consultant will be responsible for the budgetary follow-up of several departments. The role includes preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts, monitoring actual performance, and performing variance analyses between actuals, budgets and forecasts. The consultant will challenge budget assumptions and requests for additional funding, identify the drivers behind financial deviations, and provide clear explanations of financial results to management. Acting as a trusted business partner, the consultant will work closely with senior managers to understand business developments, collect financial needs and assess their impact. The role also requires the use of SAP and analytical objects (cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, WBS elements, etc.) to ensure accurate financial monitoring and reporting. The successful candidate is expected to provide actionable financial insights and support management decision-making through reliable analysis and effective stakeholder engagement.
