Jobtailor is seeking a capable professional to lead Awareness campaigns and support organisational change initiatives. You will shape creative concepts, manage video production concepts, and coordinate artefacts while tracking progress with the Project Manager.

You will document minutes, draft summaries, manage SharePoint portals, and contribute to Agile ceremonies. A background in project support and strong English skills are essential for successful collaboration.

Qualifications

• SME in creative concepts for organisational change.
• 3+ years in awareness campaigns & video creation.
• 3+ years in organisational change/transformational projects.
• Proficiency in taking meeting minutes and drafting summaries.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft SharePoint portal.
• 5+ years in project management support.
• Knowledge of PM principles, practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Create and execute an Awareness Campaign Plan for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate awareness artefacts: slide decks, Q&A, feedback tracking, promotional videos.
• Support video production: develop creative concepts and visions for diverse audiences.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, document actions, follow up with team and contributors.
• Support Organisational Change Management activities and integrate with ITM-RC1 progress.
• Coordinate production and storage of project documentation and reports.
• Track, monitor and report project progress with the Project Manager.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain SharePoint/JIRA docs.
• Produce monthly sprint completion reports and a final Project Closure Report.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute an Awareness Campaign Plan targeting internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate awareness artefacts: slide decks, Q&A, feedback tracking, promotional videos
• Support video production: develop creative concepts and visions that resonate with diverse audiences
• Attend meetings, take minutes, document action items, and follow up with project team and external contributors
• Support Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities
• Align awareness tasks with OCM work and ITM‑RC1 implementation progress
• Coordinate production and storage of project/system/test/service documentation
• Track, monitor, and report on project progress in coordination with the Project Manager
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Maintain project documentation on SharePoint portal and JIRA
• Produce monthly sprint completion reports and a final Project Closure Report

Requirements

• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in creative concepts aimed at organisational change
• At least three (3) years’ experience in Awareness campaigns & supporting video creation
• At least three (3) years’ experience in organisational change/transformational projects
• Proficiency in taking meeting minutes and drafting comprehensive summaries
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft SharePoint portal
• At least five (5) years’ experience in project management support
• Good knowledge of project management principles, practices and procedures
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Thorough knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
